Returns and Exchanges
14-day returns · Full refunds, store credit or exchangeWe want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right, we will do what we can to make it easy.
Eligibility
- Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
- All tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- For swimwear bottoms and swimsuits, the protective hygiene strip must be intact
How to Return
- Email hello@sherbertlemons.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- Return items to: SHERBERT LEMONS RETURNS, 36 Peel Way, Uxbridge, UB8 3RN
- Send your item back using a tracked postal service
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 working days
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for all orders (UK and international) unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colour within the 14-day window. Please include the details of what you would like in your return email and we will confirm availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we will arrange payment or refund the difference accordingly.
Store Credit
If you are not ready to choose a replacement, we can issue store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, please email hello@sherbertlemons.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return and a full replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving your item. Your bank may take a further 2 to 5 days to process the credit. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued. We charge a 5% restocking fee per item.
International Returns
International customers follow the same process. Please mark your parcel as Returned Goods on any customs documentation to avoid import charges. We recommend using a tracked service. We are unable to accept liability for returns lost in transit.
