Orders and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, we will begin to hand make each item in our UK based studio. We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand.

Delivery timescales will be provided at checkout.

If you need your order for a specific date please add this to your order notes when purchasing or contact us via Instagram DM @sherbertlemonsstore or email Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

Do you charge custom fees?

Please note that in addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes the order will be disposed off or in some cases returned to us, if this is the case we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

Return Policy

What's your return / exchange policy?


When placing and fulfilling an order through our website it constitutes as an acknowledgment to the below information.

We will gladly accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise.

All eligible items must strictly be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any returns outside this date will be refused and returned to the customer at the cost of the customer. If the customer does not pay the return postal costs the item will be destroyed and recycled.

Swimwear is strictly NON REFUNDABLE / EXCHANGEABLE due to hygiene reasons.

All returning items will be provided with a store credit. This does not effect your consumer rights. You may place an order for your desired item/s using the store credit.

The shipping cost / customs cost of a return must be covered by the customer. We advise that you return your item with a tracked delivery service and keep the returns receipt as we will not be held responsible for any missing parcels.

We will issue your store credit to the value that you had paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied to the order, once in receipt of the returned goods. The store credit will not include any delivery charges you paid.

Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.

Store credit is provided in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Sherbert Lemons protects all rights to reject any items if we redeem your item to have been tampered with, caused damage or having unauthorised alterations to obtain a full refund. 

Orders can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order was placed. 

To set up a return / exchange please email us at stating your order number, full name and reasoning for exchange / return.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As all of our items are handmade to order we can only cancel orders up to 24 hours since it was placed. We can make amendments to your order up to 24 hours since it was placed also.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked services.

Once you have entered in your address information at the checkout page, the delivery services available including shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed prior to finalising your order.
