How it's made
Each Concha Shell top starts as bare double-layered Lycra. Then the work begins. One needle, one thread, and 147 large disc sequins we call shells, stitched on by hand, one at a time.
It takes over two hours of hand-stitching to finish a single top. No heat-press. No glue. No shortcut that cracks or peels the first time it meets chlorine and salt. The shells move with you and catch the light because they are sewn to do exactly that.

Will the shells fall off in the pool?
No. Each shell is stitched on with needle and thread, not glued or heat-pressed, so it stays put in chlorine and salt water. Rinse in cool fresh water after wear and the finish holds.
Are the top and bottom sold together?
No. Tops and bottoms are sold separately so you can mix colors and pick the right size for each. Tops are £70 and bottoms are £65.
How do I care for them?
Rinse in cool fresh water after swimming, then dry flat away from direct heat. Skip the washing machine and tumble dryer to keep the shells and Lycra in shape.
How do I choose my size?
They run true to size, XS to XL. Because tops and bottoms are separate, you can size each piece independently for the best fit.
