Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with UK, US, and EU conversions. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more supportive hold.

Our model is 5'7" (170cm) and wears a Size S across all styles.

Do your bikinis run true to size?

Yes. Our sizing is consistent across all collections. The Concha Shell and Abstract ranges use the same size chart. If you have ordered from us before, your usual size will work.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange the exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for all orders.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

UK: 2-4 business days (Royal Mail Tracked). Free over £150.

US: 5-8 business days (International Tracked). Free over $200.

Europe: 4-7 business days (International Tracked). Free over £150.

Rest of World: 7-14 business days. Free over £150.

In-stock orders placed before 2pm GMT ship same day.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to over 50 countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We offer a full refund, store credit, or exchange on all eligible returns.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for all orders (UK and international).

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn in water.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@sherbertlemons.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Then return your items via a tracked service within 14 days of receipt. Returns address is: SHERBERT LEMONS RETURNS, 36 Peel Way, Uxbridge, UB8 3RN, United Kingdom.

Pre-Orders

What does pre-order mean?

Some sizes are part of our next production run. When you place a pre-order, you are securing your size before it is available. Pre-order items have an estimated dispatch date shown on the product page and in your cart.

Can I order a pre-order item with an in-stock item?

Yes. However, orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need your in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Product & Care

How should I care for my swimwear?

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent after each wear. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron. Avoid contact with sunscreen, oils, and rough surfaces. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Proper care will keep your pieces looking their best for years.

Are the shells on the Concha Shell collection hand-stitched?

Yes. Every shell on every Concha Shell piece is individually stitched by hand. They are not glued or heat-pressed. This is a time-intensive process which is why each colour is produced in limited quantities.

What fabric do you use?

All our swimwear uses premium double-layered Lycra for opacity, support, and durability. The fabric is chlorine-resistant and designed to hold its shape through repeated wear.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed securely.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Yes. We offer Klarna and Clearpay (Afterpay in the US), allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free instalments.
