Awful customer service

Awful customer service. My bikini broke after an hour of wear. The bikini string had snapped off from the bikini bottoms so the weren’t attached at all leaving them unwearable. This left me in a very embarrassing situation which was disappointing however I have emailed customer service multiple times nicely and dmed where I haven’t heard back all. I was apologetic to complain but it is also an expensive bikini.
