Product is lovely but not a great shopping experience. I placed my order on 22 April and paid for delivery within 2–4 working days. When nothing arrived, I contacted Customer Service five days later and was then told my order wouldn't be dispatched until 13 May - almost three weeks after I placed it.
To compensate for the delay, I was offered a discount/refund if I was willing to wait, which I agreed to and appreciated. Unfortunately, that discount/refund never materialised, and my follow-up emails have been ignored.
Very disappointing experience. The delay was frustrating enough, but the lack of communication and failure to honour what was promised has left me with little confidence in the company.
