The Craft Behind Every Piece
Every Concha Shell bikini starts with our signature double-layered Lycra, cut and sewn for a fit that holds its shape through salt water, chlorine, and countless wears. The fabric is dense enough for full coverage, soft enough to forget you are wearing it.
Then comes what sets us apart. Each shell is individually selected, positioned, and stitched by hand directly onto the fabric. No shortcuts. No glue. No heat-press. Just needle, thread, and patience. It takes our artisans over two hours to complete a single top.
Before anything ships, every piece goes through a final quality check. We inspect stitching tension, shell placement, seam strength, and fabric integrity. If it does not meet our standard, it does not leave the studio.
